What is my Web Account Id and Password?
Upon online registration, the system will send your log in information to the email address you registered with. If for any reason you do not receive this information, you can request by email or phone.

When can I expect to receive my card?

Card Issuance: Your Shaw Rewards Card is a Visa® backed Stored Value Card and not a credit card. Your card will be issued on or around the first 10 business days of the following calendar month after you have tracked your invoices AND reached the minimum point balance stated. Cards will be funded and/or issued on or around the first 10 business days of each month throughout the program period. Funds will not be issued for cancelled, returned or replacement orders. Once issued, your Shaw Rewards Card will be your Reward Card for Shaw Rewards December 31, 2008. Do not destroy or discard your card once you have spent your funds. Your card will be valid for 36 months from date of issue and will be reloaded with your earnings on a monthly basis throughout the program period.

*IMPORTANT CHANGES TO BE NOTED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS!*

Starting in 2008 all participants must earn a minimum of $150 (combined between qualifying carpet, hard surface, Tuftex Color Coordinates styles and Shaw Living rug styles) before a card will be issued or funds will be loaded onto an existing debit card.  The $150 minimum must be earned within a 1 year period from the participant’s initial registration date.  The start date of the 1 year period is the registration date of the participant.  This amount must be re-earned every anniversary year the participant is in the program.  For example if a participant registered on June 1, 2007, they must earn $150 by May 31, 2008 before a card will be issued or funds will be loaded onto an existing debit card.  If the $150 minimum is not reached by May 31, 2008 they will loose the $150 earnings.  Starting June 1, 2008, through May 31, 2009 the participant then has to begin to earn $150.  Once the $150 minimum is reached, the participant will receive a monthly load for the invoices tracked.

Shaw Debit Cards are issued to participants under their FIRST AND LAST NAME. Cards WILL NOT be issued under a business or store name. The Internal Revenue Service requires Shaw to issue tax Form 1099 to each award recipient and will not allow registrants to use their Federal Tax ID. Each participant must use their own SSN information upon registration.

I've received my card, but there's a zero balance.
The cards are issued from a separate company and can run ahead of the funding sometimes. Funding takes place during the first 10 business days of the month.

Does my card need to be activated?
No, your card does not need to be activated.

Do I have a PIN #?
Your card does not have a PIN #. Always run your card as a credit card rather than an ATM/Debit card.

Are there any restrictions?
You cannot use your card for the following:

  • ATM
  • Pay at the Pump Gas
  • Car Rental


When will my card be funded again?
All funding will occur on or around the 10th business day of the following month.

Will I receive multiple debit cards?
Dealers who participate in multiple programs, i.e. Tuftex Rewards, Shaw Me the Money, Shaw Rewards, and Studio Rewards will only receive ONE DEBIT CARD. Funds from each program will be funded solely to this one card.

What if I lost my Shaw Rewards debit card?
Shaw Rewards Cards should be treated as cash and funds CANNOT be replaced if lost or stolen. Contact Award Headquarters IMMEDIATELY if your card cannot be found. There is a $5.00 card fee for the replacement of lost or stolen cards that will be deducted from the card balance at the time of re-issuance or the next funding period.

What do I do when my card is expired?
Your debit card is not automatically reissued. You must call customer service and request a new card.
